GULU — Many schools in the district faced low turn up the first day of the third term. A survey by The New Vision on Monday revealed that many primary and secondary schools had very few students in the classrooms. Day secondary schools were most affected especially those in the municipality. For primary schools, those in rural areas were most affected.
