By Kyetume Kasanga THE British-funded Western Uganda Road Maintenance Capacity Building Project winds up this December, after upgrading 1,250km of marrum roads in the region. This was revealed on Saturday by the project deputy team leader, David Nix at the Masindi district primary schools road safety competitions held at National Teachers’ College, Masindi. Nix said the five-year project operated the western districts of Masindi, Hoima, Kibaale, Mubende, Kyenjojo and Kabarole .
