KAMPALA — A Makerere University electrician last week pleaded not guilty to charges of attempting to murder a fellow employee. Thomas Male, appeared before the Buganda Road Court Chief Magistrate, Frank N. Othembi. Male failed to produce sureties for bail and was remanded.
