KAMPALA — A witch doctor of Makindye who allegedly tried to sacrifice a four-year-old boy was beaten to unconsciousness by an angry mob on Tuesday. Hussein Lutaaya died an hour later at Katwe Police Station, the police said. The child, Ukaisha Kaye, who disappeared under mysterious circumstances was found in Lutaaya’s shrine. Ends
