Kumi — Students in northern and eastern Uganda have been advised to guard against acquiring HIV/AIDS disease. The principal secretary in-charge of secondary education, Mr. Francis Uma Angula, said this while addressing students of Wiggins Secondary School last week during celebrations to mark the World Food Day.
