KASESE — Former LC5 chairman Jethro Mbayahi has been arrested in Kenya. A foreign affairs source who spoke on condition of anonymity told The New Vision yesterday that Mbayahi was arrested at one of the airports for being in Kenya illegally. Mbayahi hails from Kisinga sub-county, Bukonzo East.
