Tumwine’s scars now 20 years old

Lt. Gen. Elly Tumwine, fresh with his new pips, is in a party mood. For the last week, he has been celebrating 20 years on November 1, since he lost one eye during the liberation war. He however ‘hijacked’ a party meant for the launch of Dehezi Internet Service Provider at the Sheraton. None of his “Bullet through the Head Club” compatriots were there to celebrate with him. ends
