HOIMA – Outgoing Resident District Commissioner Simon Mulongo handed over office to his successor, Deo Nsereko, on Thursday. Mulongo, who was recently transferred to the President’s Office in a reshuffle of RDCs, said during his tenure of office, 30 Allied Democratic Forces (ADF) rebels surrendered, 23 were killed and only seven were still in Kyangwali forest.
