Serial defiler in Ntinda

A senior URA officer and resident of Ntinda Ministers village has become a nightmare to the parents in the area. Word has it that the old-goat has systematically established himself as a serial defiler. Mbu he waylays little schoolgirls cutting the typical father (or even grandfather) figure and lures them into his car before forcing them into sex with him. Apparently, residents have reported him to LC's and Kira Road Police but that's as far as it goes. Mbu the old goat is so loaded that he somehow bribes his way out of trouble. ends
