PALLISA — Women contestants in the local council elections have been told to use friendly language during campaigns.

PALLISA — Women contestants in the local council elections have been told to use friendly language during campaigns. The advice was given by deputy resident district Commissioner Robinah Nabbanja at the Red Cross Hall last week. She told the candidates to make their emancipation efforts meaningful regardless of elections.
