KAMPALA - Over 150 suspected idlers and pick-pockets have been rounded up by the police this week in the five divisions.

KAMPALA - Over 150 suspected idlers and pick-pockets have been rounded up by the police this week in the five divisions. The Regional CID Officer, Steven Otim, told The New Vision that the routine operation was carried out every Christmas season. "We carry out guided operations in areas that have been cited as dark spots," Otim said. The suspects were first scrutinised before being taken to court. Ends.
