“I have brought back all your properties that were in my possession, but the house is mine. It was given to me by the council and the President for the good work I did in the city,” former Kampala Mayor Nasser Sebaggala, claiming that the official Kampala town clerk's residence belongs to him.

“This is a cabinet of experts. I have selected people with relevant knowledge for relevant areas. This represents stability, fusion and synthesis over the last 25 years,” President Yoweri Museveni, commenting about his new cabinet.

“I have been praying two times a day for a period of two years so that I am appointed a minister of works. I am happy that God has answered me,” newly appointed works minister Abraham Byandala.

“I did not know this man was doing it wrongly. You do not just take the sacrament; it is an act of faith,” Archbishop of Kampala Archdiocese Cyprian Lwanga, about UPC president Olara Otunnu`s taking of the sacrament last month.

“There is no written document that proves that the facility was given to Ssebagala. What he is doing is illegal. We advise him that if he wants the house, let him return it to us and formerly request for its acquisition before we use other means,” KCCA Executive Director Jennifer Musisi after former Mayor Nasser Ssebagala refused to return the official Town Clerk`s residence.
