The Uganda Muslim Supreme Council Electoral Commission has released guidelines for election scheduled to take place in next month.

EC Chairman Ahamed Kayongo says only registered mosques under the Uganda Muslim supreme Council will be elegible to conduct elections.
Kayongo adds that all candidates must be residents in those respective areas were the elections are to be conducted.
