FUFA president Lawrence Mulindwa is now a happy man, after Save Our Soccer (SOS) withdrew charges against him and his two officials Moses Magogo and Sam Lwere.

The three were last week summoned by Buganda Road Court Chief Magistrate Vincent Mugabo to appear and answer charges of neglect of duty, disobedience of statutory duty and common nuisance.

The lawyers representing SOS yesterday told Mugabo that the case had been settled out of court and they were no longer interested in prosecuting the accused.
