Police ambulances!

EDITOR: The idea of the Uganda Police force deploying ambulance to accident scenes is a good move. However, I am skeptical as to whether, these ambulances will be of any use.
EDITOR: The idea of the Uganda Police force deploying ambulance to accident scenes is a good move. However, I am skeptical as to whether, these ambulances will be of any use.
Without sounding cynical, perhaps it is only in Uganda where I have seen ambulances carrying charcoal and fish instead of patients! People who travel, on the Kampala-Masaka and Kampala-Jinja roads have always witnessed this.
