KAMPALA - Acholi Makerere Students Association has criticised the Army for ordering the Acholi to move into camps within 48 hours. In a statement on Saturday, the students said the time was short and the innocent would suffer for failing to meet the deadline. They said the move to the camps should be voluntary, systematic and come only after facilities at the camps are installed.
