THE Uganda Investment Authority (UIA) is to link flower exporters to international partners and help them look for more markets.

“UIA shall work with foreign partners to link you to flower auction companies to boost your markets,” Dr. Maggie Kigozi, the UIA executive director, said at the launch of the first flower exhibition in the country in Kampala last week. She said this was vital because the flower sector was one of the fastest growing foreign exchange earners for the country.

Over 25 exporters attended the three-day exhibition.
