NON-governmental organisations and agencies that have not registered must do so soon or risk being asked to close shop, the deputy resident commissioner, Sylvester Opira, has warned.

He added that few NGOs were represented at the NRM Day celebrations on January 26 in Kitgum town. He revealed that at least 15 NGOs out of over 30 operating in the district shunned the function.
