How do cyclists want to be arrested?
I am not happy with the way the traffic officers are handling bodaboda riders. Why can’t the traffic boss, Lawrence Niwabiine, talk to his men?

When we arrest these people, they want us to tell them to come back yet most operate like grasshoppers. Today they are in Kampala, the next day in Mubende. Some do not have proper documents while others are criminals. Do they want us to treat them as reverends? Let them suggest the best way to arrest them.
