I was eager and excited but not nervous. He had arrived before me but he did not come to my table until about an hour later. He said he came early to watch the proceedings.

He was handsome and composed. He was also tall and smart. His composure made me relax and our conversation went on smoothly.

Thomas is very social, bright and funny. He made me laugh. We talked about what we like, future goals and previous relationships. I told him I was free and had been single since January. I told him the truth because he looked honest.

By the time we left, we were friends. We even hugged before saying bye.

I decided to get there early to get acquainted with the place. I monitored all the girls who walked in and when she did I guessed that she was my date.

My first impression was that she must be a student. I did not want a student for a date; they get too excited, get a lot of attention from men and are usually not focused and realistic.

However, we really had a good time. She is very social, easy to converse with and laughed at all my jokes. She told me she was hurt in a past relationship and asked to change the topic so I think she is also very emotional.

Anything you didn’t like about her?
Apart from being a student, she was shy and could not make eye contact. I also discovered she has prejudices against certain tribes and religions.
