MBALE

Two men on Tuesday stunned workers at a guesthouse in Mbale when they tore the bed sheets and blankets and used the pieces as towels.

The unidentified men who booked a twin room for one night emerged from the bathrooms wrapped in pieces of blanket.

A worker alerted her boss about the men, but before they could be confronted, they rushed to their car and sped off.

They left a note on the bed urging the guest house to improve on its services.
The note said since the guesthouse did not provide towels, they had to improvise with the beddings.

They claimed that the sh15,000 they had paid was too much.
