STATE Minister for Youth and Children Affairs, James Kinobe has succumbed to pressure to return to school. Word reaching us is that the retired UPDF Major is now pursuing a masters degree in International Relations at Makerere University.
He is in his first year. Sources said Kinobe’s return to school was due to pressure after most of his fellow cabinet ministers went back to school for a second degree. He follows in the footsteps of the defence state minister Ruth Nankabirwa, former tourism state minister Jovino Akaki, who both recently completed their masters degrees in peace and conflict resolution at Makerere University.
