PAVAN Deep and Mary Zaramba claimed the Hima Captain’s Prize trophy on Saturday at the par 72 Kitante golf course.

Deep returned with 65 nett to capture the overall trophy for men while Mary Zaramba was the ladies overall winner with 71 nett on count back.

The annual tournament is organised for the outgoing captains of the Uganda Golf Club.

Sam Zaramba, with 70 nett won Group A in the one-day event that attracted 120 golfers.

r Handicap 28 Andrew Kibaya, with a score of 68 nett beat a strong field of 78 golfers to claim the Orange/Moonberg March Mug of Mugs at the Entebbe Golf Club on Saturday.
