FORMER Entebbe Mongers tactician Ham Onsando and G4S Pirates’ Sam Ahamya have been appointed Rwenzori and Victoria coaches respectively ahead of the Bamburi Rugby Super Series that kicks off next month.

The Ugandan Franchise sides Rwenzori and Victoria will meet in the opening fixture of the eighth edition in Kampala.
Rwenzori finished third last year after a 30-20 defeat by Kenya’s Rhinos.

Meanwhile, the Nile Special Premier Rugby League continues today with Hima Impis hosting defending champions MTN Heathens at the Makerere.

At the same time International Rugby Board (IRB) instructors arrive today ahead of the Level 3 referees and coaches course this weekend at Nobble View Hotel Ntinda.
