Other winners will walk away with prizes ranging from home theatre systems to fridges, among others.
It will run for 12 weeks. MTN’s brand and sponsorship manager Aggrey Kagonyera, said that the company decided to include other prizes as a way of leaving souvenirs for their subscribers about the World Cup to be held on the continent for the first time in its history.
Subscribers only need to consume a minimum of sh2,000 worth of MTN products to enter the draw.
“We want everybody to take part in this competition and there is no other way than to keep it simple. Each sh2,000 one uses gives them an entry into the draw,†said Kagonyera.
The apartments that have two bedrooms, a sitting room, kitchen and other utilities were bought from National Housing and Construction Company.
The furniture includes a fridge, television set, microwave, dining and coffee set.
The first campaign saw six lucky ones win tickets to watch the World Cup.
