KCC will hope Geoffrey Sserunkuma, Cranes’ goal hero against Cape Verde on Saturday, again shows his lethal side and not the cultured and calm image he is associated with off the pitch.

The accomplished 25-year-old striker helped Uganda to a 1-0 victory over Cape Verde and returns to the local scene to lead KCC against Frank ‘Video’ Anyau’s combative Victor outfit at Nakivubo.

KCC coach Hussein Kheri was confident his lead striker would rise to the challenge. “If they succeed by being physical, we are likewise extremely good at bringing down such teams,” said Kheri.
