  • Uganda will not benefit from the free movement of workers in the common market due to lack of skilled manpower and linguistic challenges, Walusimbi Mpanga, a trade economist, has observed. “Workers are the people who turn nuts and bolts. We have educated people who are not skilled,” he said.
