On Thursday, I read a letter by James Musana entitled “He became more than a brother”. The letter is in appreciation of the Rev Sam Murangi who assisted him through primary school up to university.

I know the Rev Sam Murangi personally as we were classmates at Bishops High Mukono. It is interesting that he continued with the spirit of helping the underprivileged, just as he did during his school days.

I remember he once brought powdered milk at school and distributed it among those he saw in need and yet he did not have much himself. The milk was only part of the share he was entitled to at Besania. Keep up the spirit, Sam.
