EDITOR—I wish to advise my NRM brothers and sisters in Rukiga county that history is just about to repeat itself. What happened in Mbale recently when the NRM vote was divided between the official party candidate and the independent will again happen in Rukiga next week unless Adson Kakuru and Amos Mugisha put their house in order. It is ridiculous the two cannot agree on who should run for the parliamentary seat.
