EDITOR—On March 7, The Sunday Vision quoted Dr Kizza Besigye to have suggested that any person who flashes the thumbs up sign should have his or her finger broken! If FDC supporters were to implement what his suggestion it would be a recipe for disaster. This is because NRM supporters will not take it lying down.

Besigye should be summoned to the nearest Police station to record a statement because he has declared war on freedom of expression and is inciting violence. He should stop these reckless and careless pronouncements that can plunge the country into chaos.
