EDITOR—I am disappointed with the customer care staff at telecommunication companies, especially the big four. These people are so uninformed about the product they are selling that it makes one shudder.
You make a call to get help over an issue and all you get are repetitive questions about your name and location but with no answer whatsoever!
Aren’t these people supposed to be trained so that they know exactly what to say when asked certain questions? One has to wait for minutes to be attended to and when attended to, one still gets no solution! Something must be done about this.
