EDITOR—I am not happy with the Uganda National Examinations Board’s behaviour. They should style up if our country is to progress in this era of technology. I am a third year student of information technology at Mbarara University of Science and Technology and I am doing my final research project for UNEB.

I am very upset that UNEB refused to avail me vital information for my project. Besides, they have a poor website. Do they pay someone who updates it?
