EDITOR—It is unfortunate that Bebe Cool was shot but our leaders need to handle the matter carefully. It is important that the truth be found out.

The fact that the suspect has a different account from that of Bebe Cool shows one of them could be lying.
There are many witnesses because he was shot in a public place. I found it odd for president Museveni to have visited Bebe Cool when he does not visit more important people when they are sick.

What will happen if it is found out Bebe Cool was in the wrong? Will the case be handled with impartiality?
