KAYUNGA - Residents of Nakaliro village lynched a suspected thief who was stolen goats and chicken. The man, identified as Paul Lutalo, was found in possession of two goats and four chicken suspected to have been stolen from the neighbouring village of Ntenjeru.

Lutalo, a resident of Kayunga central zone, was ambushed on Tuesday at 3:00am by residents, who were carrying out an operation to trap thieves terrorising the area. The district Police commander, Julius Ahimbisibwe, said no suspect had so far been arrested in connection with the killing.
