He was speaking on Saturday while commissioning the plant initiated under the National Agricultural Advisory Services (NAADS) to assist the farmers in the area fight poverty.

Kategaya suggested activities like fish farming, mushroom and banana growing, goat rearing, piggery and poultry farming to bring in income.

He promised to get market for the fruit juice and extend electricity to the area.

Sabiiti urged the community to take advantage of the NAADS programme and benefit from it.
