LRA’s decision time

THE Lord’s Resistance Army has started picking spurious holes in the peace process. They are now saying that the government delegation to the peace talks should be reconstituted and headed by President Museveni.

They are complaining that the Government of Southern Sudan is biased against them.

They say that the UPDF is redeploying in southern Sudan yet they have not appointed their two military officials to the combined monitoring team.

It is decision time for the LRA. They have to decide whether they want to successfully conclude the peace talks. If they continue fighting, that will certainly end any chance of cancelling their arrest warrants from the International Criminal Court.
