INADEQUATE voting materials, poor communication and lack transport delayed re-run of the NRM primaries for LC3 seat in Lira district on Saturday.

Over 10 polling stations at Iwal parish in Ngetta sub-county did not have voting materials by 2:00pm.

Robinson Olugu, the returning officer, said there was a re-run because electoral malpractices were reported at Akwia woro and Atego villages.
