SCIENTISTS have been asked to simplify the information on biotechnology for people to understand better, reports Andante Okanya.

“Scientists’ attitudes and mindsets must change. They need to target appropriate audiences with the information they need,” said Dan Kiambi, a senior official from the Kenyan chapter of the Open Forum for Agricultural Biotechnology.

He was on Wednesday speaking at the International Conference on agro-biotechnology at the Imperial Royale Hotel in Kampala.
