A settlement policy is needed for people displaced by natural disasters, the Uganda executive director Alliance, Esther Obaikol, said yesterday.
She said the Bududa landslides had left many homeless.
She noted, however, that the Government plan to resettle over 500,000 people raised questions because there was no national policy in place.
Obaikol made the remarks in an interview on national land policy at the Sheraton Hotel, Kampala.
