THE Speaker of Parliament, Edward Ssekandi, has told all political parties that the current composition of the Electoral Commission (EC) can only be changed if the Constitution is amended.
He explained that the Constitution does not have a provision where every party can be represented on the commission.
Ssekandi made the remarks while meeting women from the Inter-Party Coalition who had petitioned him over the composition of EC, electoral reforms, maternal health and safe motherhood.
