Army to recruit 3650

The Uganda People's Defence Force is to recruit 150 officer cadets and 3500 recruits across the country between March 1-19 2010.

All recruits must be citizens of Uganda, of good health and must be single.

The officer cadets must have a minimum of 'A' level, its equivalent or above. The recruits must have formal 'O' level education and not above 'A" level education.

Prospective recruits must present original academic certificates and letters of good conduct from LCI, II and GISO.
